One of the toughest parts in my early strength training days was ‘how-to-build-a-routine.’ I didn’t know if I was doing it right or wrong. Overtraining or undertraining.
Of course everyone is different. Programs can change as fast as the weather. In fact it is recommended that you change your program every 4-6 weeks. That’s a lot of building programs. Just an FYI, I change your program automatically every single month if you are one of my online training clients!
